Will this help my back pain?

We're not going to tell you it will. This is a comfort cushion, not a medical device, and we make no claim that it treats or prevents any condition.

What it does is spread your weight over a larger area and let you change the firmness whenever you want. Plenty of people find that makes a long journey more bearable. That's a different statement from "it fixes your back", and we're only making the first one.

If you have a back, hip, or nerve problem, talk to a clinician about it. Don't buy a cushion on the strength of a product page — ours or anyone else's.

How do I inflate it?

Press the button. The built-in pump fills the cell network in seconds.

There's also an air valve if you'd rather do it by mouth — 2 to 4 breaths is enough. Useful if you want to be quiet about it on a night flight.

Can I adjust it once I'm sitting on it?

Yes, and that's the main reason to pick an air cushion over foam.

Press the inflate button to firm it up or the air release button to soften it, while you're sitting on it. No standing up, no taking it out, nobody has to move.

In practice most people set it firm at the start and soften it a few hours in, when firm has stopped feeling supportive and started feeling hard.

Will it fit my seat?

How do I pack it away?

Hold the air release button until it's flat, fold it, and put it in the included buckle-clip carry bag.

The bag fits inside your luggage or clips to the outside. Deflated it takes almost no room, which is the whole point — a foam cushion you have to carry in your hand through an airport isn't a travel product.

How do I clean it?

Wipe it with a damp cloth after each use. The material is waterproof, so that's all it needs.
