Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to ClickCraft Ventures. By
visiting this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you
live, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this
requirement and that the payment details you provide are your own or that you
are authorised to use them.
2. THE PRODUCT
The product is a solid hair and scalp cleansing bar made with polygonum
multiflorum root extract, juniper leaf and osmanthus fragrance. It is a
cosmetic product for external use.
3. COSMETIC PRODUCT - NOT A MEDICINE AND NOT A HAIR-LOSS TREATMENT
This is important, so we state it plainly.
This product is a cosmetic cleansing bar. It is intended to clean the hair and
scalp, remove product buildup and excess oil, and improve the appearance,
volume and feel of hair.
It is NOT a drug. It is NOT a hair-loss or hair-regrowth treatment. It does
not grow hair, increase hair density, alter hair follicles, or treat, cure,
prevent or mitigate any disease or condition of the scalp or skin. Nothing on
this site should be read as making any such claim.
Where this site describes hair looking fuller, thicker or lifted, those
statements describe the visual and tactile result of cleaning product buildup
from the scalp and roots. They are appearance claims about a cleansing effect,
not claims of hair growth.
Images on this site illustrating hair volume or texture show how hair looks
when buildup is removed and the roots lift. They are not before-and-after
evidence of hair regrowth and should not be read as such.
If you are experiencing hair loss, sudden shedding, or a scalp condition,
consult a doctor or dermatologist. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or
receiving dermatological treatment, consult a healthcare professional before
use.
4. ON POLYGONUM MULTIFLORUM
Polygonum multiflorum root, also known as he shou wu, has a long history of
use in East Asian hair care and is used here as a topical cosmetic ingredient
in a wash-off product.
Published reports of liver effects associated with this plant relate to oral
consumption of supplements and preparations over time. They do not relate to
topical use in a rinse-off cleansing product. This product is for external use
only and must not be ingested. Keep out of reach of children.
5. SAFE USE
You agree to read and follow the directions and warnings on the product page
and the wrapper. In particular:
- For external use on the hair and scalp only
- Avoid contact with the eyes; rinse thoroughly with water if it occurs
- Patch test behind the ear for 24 hours before first use if your scalp is
sensitive or reactive
- Read the full ingredient list and do not use the product if you have a
known allergy to any ingredient, including any listed fragrance allergen
- Do not apply to broken or actively irritated scalp skin
- Stop using the product and rinse with cool water if redness, stinging or
itching occurs
- Do not ingest; keep out of reach of children
- Allow the bar to dry between uses and store it out of standing water
6. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND RESULTS
We make every effort to describe the product accurately. Results vary by hair
type, scalp type, water hardness, prior product use, and technique -
particularly how thoroughly hair is soaked, how long the scalp is massaged, and
how completely the lather is rinsed.
We state openly that switching from conventional shampoo involves a transition
period of approximately two to three washes while residue from previous
products clears, and that hair may feel different during that time.
Any clarifying wash will gradually fade hair colour. We disclose this before
purchase. It is a characteristic of the product category rather than a defect.
7. PRICING, BUNDLES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any
applicable taxes stated at that point. Bundle pricing reflects a volume offer:
the advertised per-bar price and percentage saving refer to the total order
divided by the number of bars received, compared with the single-bar price.
We reserve the right to change prices, change or discontinue the product, and
limit order quantities at any time without notice. Promotional pricing applies
only while the promotion is displayed. If a pricing or description error
occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund it in
full, and we will notify you.
8. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. We may
decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where a payment is not
authorised, where the delivery address cannot be served by our carriers, or
where an order appears to be placed for resale. If we cancel a paid order, we
refund it in full.
9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping terms, dispatch windows and delivery estimates are set out in our
Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are
estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
10. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and cancellations by our
Cancellation Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, layout, logos and
the Yoracare name, is owned by or licensed to ClickCraft Ventures and is
protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy,
reproduce, republish or redistribute any part of this site for commercial
purposes without our written permission.
12. CUSTOMER CONTENT
If you send us a photograph or review, you grant us permission to display it
on this site and in our marketing, with attribution to the first name or
initials you provide. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing
us and we will remove it.
13. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We work to keep this site accurate and current but do not warrant that all
content is free of error or omission. Content on this site is general
information about a cosmetic product. It is not dermatological, trichological
or medical advice and should not be relied on as such.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
This site uses third-party services for payment processing, order fulfilment,
shipment tracking, reviews and analytics. Shipment tracking on our Track My
Order page is provided by a third-party tracking service and reflects the data
supplied by the carrier. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or
availability of third-party services.
15. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to
gain unauthorised access to any part of it, not to interfere with its
operation, and not to submit false information when placing an order,
submitting a review, or contacting support.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClickCraft Ventures is not liable for
indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of
this site or the product. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total
liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these
terms excludes or limits any right you have under consumer protection law that
cannot be excluded or limited, including rights relating to product safety.
17. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify ClickCraft Ventures against any claim arising from your
use of the product contrary to the directions and warnings provided, or from
your breach of these terms.
18. GOVERNING LAW AND CHANGES
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClickCraft
Ventures is established. We may update these terms at any time by posting a
revised version on this page. The version in force when you place an order is
the version that applies to that order.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision is
severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
